1.1 Do I need to create an account to shop with Berber House Rugs?
No, creating an account is optional. You can make purchases as a guest. However, setting up an account allows faster checkout, saves your details for future orders, and lets you track your purchases easily. You can sign up anytime or create an account before checkout on the shopping cart page.
1.2 How do I create an account?
Click on “Login/Register,” select “Create An Account,” and fill in your personal information. Your account will allow you to manage orders, track shipping, and save favorite rugs.
1.3 How do I place an order?
Browse our collection of authentic handwoven Berber rugs and add your selections to the cart. Once finished, proceed to checkout, verify your details, and confirm your payment. Ensure all information is accurate before placing your order.
1.4 I’m having trouble adding items to my cart. What should I do?
Items are available as long as stock remains. Occasionally, an item may show as “Temporarily Unavailable” if another customer is purchasing it simultaneously.
1.5 How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal.
1.6 Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, to ensure efficient processing and reduce errors. Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.
1.7 How do I use a discount code?
Enter your voucher code in the “Voucher Code” field on the shopping cart page before checkout and click “Add.” Codes cannot be applied after checkout, so ensure it is entered correctly before confirming your purchase.
1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an acknowledgment email once your order is placed. Orders are only processed once payment is approved and billing and delivery addresses are verified. Registered users can also track their orders via “My Account.”
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2.1 When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our workshop in Tinghir, Morocco.
2.2 How long will delivery take?
Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express International Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery times depend on your location and our trusted courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex).
2.3 How can I track my delivery?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your parcel with our logistics partner. For assistance, you may also contact our support team.
2.4 What are the shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on orders over $500. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
2.5 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once confirmed, orders cannot be redirected. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate before finalizing your purchase.
2.6 What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

2.7 What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Contact our support team immediately via email or phone, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
2.9 Can I exchange a rug for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. Returns are accepted according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please review it before initiating a return.
2.10 I haven’t received my parcel yet. What should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email rugsberberhouse@gmail.com for assistance. Include your order number for faster support.
2.11 Are there additional charges for redelivery?
Redelivery is free up to two attempts. From the third attempt onwards, standard courier charges may apply.
2.12 What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
